You play as a poor little panda trapped in a bamboo forest while it's on fire, escape the flames, but you'll need the energy to continue, make sure to eat all the bamboo you can!

Controls
A and D / Left and Right - Movement
W / Up - Jump
You need to eat bamboo in order to jump

Pause behind the bamboo stalks and the panda will begin to munch
The more full you are the faster the panda will move
Can you escape the Forrest before the Fire consumes it all?!

Currently, there seems to be an issue with the windows download. I have added an html5 link hosted on my github. However there seems to be a problem with chrome, firefox, however, works fine!

It is not working for me... When i start the .exe it shows me a window for one frame and then closes it right away.

Launches fine here, guessing you uploaded a new build. My issue is i die instantly because the poor little guy won't roll fast enough. Also the jump keys don't work.

I think the launching issue has to do with a mono dependency I uploaded an HTML5 build in the meantime

how'd you upload an html5 build, mono version doesn't support html5 so idk if that's the issue.

I was apparently using a version of godot that required mono, I switched to a non-mono one and then published the html5 version, and now updated the windows version as well, so hopefully, everything should work!

Launches ok here. I liked the mechanics. Could have a final scene, why I don't know if I escape from the forest or if I die xD But I really enjoy the game.

I'm able to open the game on windows but the fire reaches me before i can really start rolling :/ so the game restarts every 0.5 seconds... Even when holding down "D" right from the beginning. Am I doing something wrong? ^^

Alright, the game works now ^^

This is a really nice platformer. The controls take a while to get used to but once you figure it out it's alright. The bamboo eating mechanic really gives the game an interesting spin because you constantly have to decide where to stop to fill up. The music adds to the tension and makes the game even more exciting. Good game!

@marcel-egle Huh, that's odd I have a delay of 4 seconds between start and fire death if I don't move so I'm not really sure why it's moving that fast without also speeding up the panda :/
