It's superhot but you're a fat dude trying not to die of obesity and it's inside an abandoned fastfood. Get hit too much and you'll have toruble moving around without a mobility scooter, so try not to do that. Getting so fat you physically don't fit into the building probably doesn't help either so maybe try to avoid that scenario as well. Scavenge one of the 3 carefully crafted props and 2 firearms to deal with those pesky calorie monsters. Also, watch out for the vending machines.
DISCLAIMER: THIS GAME IS 100% INTENDED AS A PARODY OF SUPERHOT AND SHOULD BE TAKEN AS SUCH
Getting fatter every time you get hit is pretty hilarious. Looks really nice, but the movement is quite frustrating. I kept getting stuck on corners a lot. Also I found it better to just run around at full speed rather than stand and try and dodge the (soda?) cans in slow mo. Good for a weekend though.
A bit hard but fun game, fits the theme , experienced it more as a parody than a game experience. Don't know if it may be feel offenssive to some people ... :/ . Nice work however !
A bit jank in the movement, but overall an alright experience. Combat lacks a bit of responsiveness too, and it's not always clear what your meant to do. Throwing weapons is pointless, or I was doing it wrong.
Pretty funny even tho the movements could be improved and enemies spawning on you isn't the best thing. Also I had a bug where an enemy's bullets where spawned horizontally.
Visually a great clone, play wise its rough such as throwing has a bit too little force especially compared to super hot but still the main time feature works quite well :D
omg some guys on steam totally ripped your game off
(fun game though, seriously. movement was buggy - you could get caught on corners and warp through walls at some points, but it was a surprisingly well-done parody of Superhot - those graphics were spot-on!)
I thought superhot had an amazing art style, and I think you pulled it off rather well. I like the shaders on the enemies. The projectiles being soda cans is pretty freakin cool. To implement the time speeding and slowing is a cool feature under the hood. Well done.
Liked the concept and the lightning, I didn't like the 3d model of the player, but yeah still pretty nice, the movement felt a lil bit well you know , but still great. I liked it and enjoyed it
I enjoyed the game, but movement was strange, I'd keep moving even when I was pressing buttons, and getting stuck drinking soda made it difficult to get away from enemies. But the "time only moves when you move" worked well. Thank you!
SUPER...HOT...SUPER...HOT...SUPER THICC! Well done on replicating the functionality and adding your own twist to fit the theme. The movement felt a bit odd but otherwise I enjoyed it. Nice job :)
Fun take ! everyone already told you about controls so I wont' comment on that, I think that's pretty solid to jam this alone in a week-end. Kinda liked the fact you tried to build up a whole level with some twists and useless room, adds some realistic feel to the game. good job !
Great game! The movement is a little bit weird and you could have used the Character Controller as the collider for the player. But other than that, great job! :D
RUNNING FROM A GIANT WENDING MACHINE?! :D Funny concept but not enjoyable to play. maybe there should have been a goal in the game which I could not really find.
Nice game, Love how everything is balanced! Good luck, Don't forget to take a look at ours if you don't mind and see what it's like when we just focused on graphics in this game jam! Game Link: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/42/spacelab-42a
Nice visuals and good replication of the superhot mechanic! of course thicc>=hot, so this is better by default. As others have already outlined below, the controls are weirdly off. Other than that - nice entry, would attempt defending myself with a paper cup again.

I'll let you off this one time
