This is an interactive short story I made for Ludum Dare 42.
It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to get through it, and will probably only take you about 10 minutes.
Be prepared for a bit of reading.
Since it's pretty much all text, I don't think I need any fancy screenshots.
The reason I decided to do a text based game is that I am on holiday, and the laptop I had access to couldn't run Unity (without lagging horrendously) and refused to run Godot (no OpenGL 3 support :/). Luckily, since it can be run entirely in a browser, it should work on mobile, but it may not be the most optimal way to run it.
In the end, I think it turned out well, but I am no writer, so don't expect too much. The theme also only has relevance in causing the events of the story, and has no relevance to the actual game mechanics, so I am prepared to rate low in that as well.
The music I added as a soundtrack is No Respect by Kingslave.
If you leave a comment, I will be sure to check out your game as well, if I haven't already done so. It may take me more than a week after the submission date, however, since this laptop can't run a lot of games.
