In The Island Of Decay you will have to escape from an island that is collapsing into an acid sea and also you will have to survive against an active volcano!
Tutorial: first of all you have to find 1 stick and 2 stones; then you have to make an axe and chop down 12 trees! Then you make a raft and you make 2 oars head and then you craft 2 oars! To build the raft you have to enter and exit several times carrying some logs and the raft will start building! Then once you made the raft you wait the acid water and when it's close enough you will start rowing to the safety!

Commands: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 to switch slot; Tab to open the Inventory; E to grab things: Left Control to exit from the raft; Shift to run; Space to jump; Left click on the tree with the axe to cut it down (10 hits); Q to drop things; Q-E to row.
I think I found one of the sticks, but couldn't pick it up, could pick up a rock though. The try again screen doesn't actually let me retry. Makes it kinda hard to rate the game.
Congratulations for finishing your first LD game! We all know how impressive it can be and how much work it is. I must say the graphics look nice, but I have no idea what to do so I just walked around and explored the map until I died of dehydration xD Keep making games!
I can't find the sticks, and I can't press the try again button... Kinda hard to play. I found some trees, with a "left click" interaction appearing, but when I click it does nothing. Congrats anyway, you still made a game in a weekend ;)
Sticks and stones seems to be missing or very hard to be found? Any tips where they might be? I see I can´t fill my thrist meter.. so finding sticks and stones is critically important. Overall, great craphics... I find it funny that volcano throws cubics instead of splashes. Having music background music or ambient could definately incrase mood. Since you made it alone, I can´t imageine how long it took.
The sticks and stones are very rare (there are 15 sticks and 10 stones). To rehydrate you have to eat the coconuts selecting them and pressing F. I know that there are some bugs but i had no time to fix them all... @spacemonkey i have a question: what is submission day? Thanks to everyone for your feedbacks! The try again isn't a button, it's only the end. To retry you have to reopen the game.
@penca53 Submission day is the extra day you have to post your game. Not work on it, just post it an fill the page, which you did already. Usually it's just an hour, but the website gets super slow after the time limit so they always add a little bit more. One day is the first time though.
