I hope you get basic rules from the game itself, but here are some hints.
HINT1: this is NOT a rhythm game, but a puzzle game that use rhythm patterns.
HINT2: the answer is not just one, in almost all levels.
HINT3: you don't have to (or you just can't) place every notes to hit the wall. you just need to cover all walls within handed rhythm patterns.
i.e. the outcome music is not fixed, it's your solution, it's your music.
