Hold *LMB* - choose left hand.
Hold *RMB* - choose right hand.
*WASD* - move hands or head around.
Use the beam of suffering to bring offerings to altars and then scorch them with the ray of death.

I know controls are messy and the game is not self-explanatory. Actually I had not enough time to think gameplay through as always - "gotta make cool vfx", you know =D. So here is full walkthrough video, to make things a bit more clear. Going to build html version next.
