In Fight you have to lose life to make more damage on your enemies, but keep in mind that you can't regenerate life. A other way to kill enemies is to use bombs, but the more you have in your inventory the slower you are. You can also use a bow which can damage lot's of enemies at once but it doesn't do much damage at once.
