Golem is a programming puzzle game, where the player programs a golem to solve puzzles and fight against other golems.
Since I'm starting my bachelor project this week, I couldn't justify working on an entirely new concept for this Ludum Dare. Instead, with Golem 2, I started reworking an older project of mine, which will also be my bachelor project.
The game isn't finished but I will keep on uploading newer versions of it (while keeping the original submission ofc).
So to clarify: Golem was developed from scratch during the Ludum Dare weekend, but I made up the concept before. Also, I used some art assets from the previous golem prototype.
Feedback for my updated version is highly appreciated as I will continue working on it the upcoming months!
Bonus challenge: Find a solution to program your golem in a way that clears all levels!
--- UPDATES ---
18/12/04 - added game objective and level progression
18/12/05 - added "clear board" button, rotation symbols doesn't rotate, some bugfixing
