Wow this game has some adorable art :smile: The gameplay was fun, my main complaint is that since I was looking at the button combinations on the lower half of the screen I barely had time to read the textboxes that showed up on the upper half of the screen.

Finished it! Super fan to the art. I didn't realized that it's essential to interrupt enemy's healing action until the last 2 stages :sweat_smile: The combat is fun and with tension indeed, and I believe you put a lot of efforts in tweaking all the numbers. Good job and congrats!

Top art! fun game mechanics, the fun music matches the art style and the fights are interesting. It's a great game!
Only one note: you can actually beat every enemy just by casting everything that comes available with no particular order. Anyway, loved your game!

It took me some time to "master" it. But it's super fun. Reminds me of the typing games that I used loooong ago to learn how to use both hands on a keyboard. So here is a suggestion if you have any plans to turn it into something else in the future ;) Schools could use a cute game like that. Super cute art. Very smart use of simplicity v.s time.

This is super fun and cute!

I especially liked how you made the mechanics very clear and the key combinations just the right difficulty. It felt like muscle memory started to kick in by the end and I could start planning what move to do rather than trying everything in a random order.

One quick suggestion would be to pause the game and introduce the sacrifice mechanic more clearly when it first appears. It was hard to tell when it was active, maybe the soundtrack could change to something faster paced.

Overall, this was nicely packaged and polished, well done!

the art is so nice in this game it is just a joy to look at! The mechanic is also very interesting and fun, after awhile I got quite used to the controls since the key combo you had to press never changed, would be interesting to play with that!
For feedback I feel that the word bubbles that were popping up were a little bit distracting since I was pretty focused on the gameplay, minor things though, great job!!

I was a bit confused about gameplay, didn't have time to read the bubbles. Eventually just ended pressing all the casts possible. Good jam game anyway!

OMG this kawaii typing battle videogame! The pace of the game is good, loved the cute graphics and the chaos at sacrifice time. Enjoyed a lot, though it's quite difficult. Good job!

Cute game, fun gameplay, great execution. I do have to say the bubbles are unreadable with the focus on the bottom of the screen (for directions), maybe they would have been better in the center, or simply actual dmg/healing prompt on the cat (& monsters). Except that, It all meshed well together, Good game!
