Build a city but instead of money you use people to both upgrade and build your buildings. You can put a ton of people to work or build fancy building. It is your choice.

Interesting concept, the end could be more satisfying though.
The in-game instructions could have been a bit more thorough and explanatory about how to actually play the game. Once it got going, however, it was ok.
Great first entry into the jam! I wasn't really sure what to do after I had 100/100 buildings on every score and my population hit 10,000. Reminds me of one of those cookie clicker games.
I couldn't see a lose condition, it was just like a clicker game and was just a matter of making things efficient. Because of that I got bored quickly. Controls weren't very friendly, having to right click and select from a menu to do the few actions became tedious. But you finished making a game, good job, keep at it.
@wizard-exe I had not included a lose condition I had intended on expanding the gameplay but since I am terrible at art I spent the second half of Satday on art
