Finished it! Great cutscenes and art! The controls feel a bit loose and minions get stuck a lot but many somehow still find their way which is quite impressive.
Having cutscenes and voicelines in a game jam entry is always a nice thing to have ! I would put some tutorial text before sending the player into the game though :)
This game is actually pretty fun and I enjoyed the time playing it, but the lack of content in those big maps make me feel like I was doing something wrong. The movements isn't good, but the graphics and sounds are super cool. Missed a soundtrack but that it's ok.
Cutesy art style, you guys got a lot of work done this jam! It reminded me a bit of the overlord franchise :)
It felt a bit lackluster gameplay-wise but the overall idea was interesting. I would like to see it worked on after the jam :D I think it could be pretty fun.
Apart from some unclear parts, I did have fun during my playthrough so that is always important!
I loved the art style, and the overall feel of the game is fantastic. I really like the overall presentation of the gameplay. It would be interesting to see if you could implement player combat in such a way that you are more useful as a minion and not just collect and hand out equipment to other bots.
So much work in this game to appreciate. I really liked the art style and sound. I found it a little frustraiting to play but with a bit more work it could b a very good game. Well done
