We are looking for talented mages to rid the dungeons of horrid monsters, and terrifying beings from other dimensions. Your challenge (if you choose to accept it) is to fight the so-called "Boss Monsters", please sign the contract for food, magic and funeral expenses, if necessary.
Very pretty game! I like the art style and the idea of a mage job recruitment is fun. While the font looks good for headers, perhaps choose a simpler version of it for longer sections of smaller-sized text. I found the instructions a little difficult to read.
The art is really nice. I couldn't read the instructions at all. Please consider using a more legible font especially for how to play sections, I legitimately had to get someone to read it to me.
I really enjoyed playing this one. I actually stayed a while and kept playing. The sound effect got annoying after while but not enough to make want to stop playing so that's even more of a testament to how good the game is. Well done!!!
Good job on completing a game! It was too easy in my opinion, as I ended up ignoring most of the mechanics. If you could tweak the difficulty and boss hp to be a bit less spongy i think it'd be awesome! Congrats!
Neat game. I like the visuals. That said, I don't know if the bosses are randomized, but most of my bosses ended up looking Cthulu-like, so their design got a bit stale.
I'd also seen what I suspect were most of the movesets after the 3rd or 4th one, with all of them preferring to strike with lightning, almost never hitting me if I got too close. As a result, as mentioned by someone else, the game isn't really all that difficult. Losing health also never really seemed like too much of an issue, simply because of how slowly it seemed to drain.
Still, it's a neat idea and overall a well-made package. Well done!
Good work completing the game and responding to feedback. Overall I wasn't entirely sure what I was supposed to be doing and felt as though the game didn't give me a lot of feedback on when I was doing well versus poorly.
The boss battle mechanics is nice, gets pretty hard as they hit hard after defeating a few bosses :-)
Art looks great and the music aswell :-) What the game misses is a bit of feedback flavor, like when hitting the boss it could have a kickback and a slight flash as a hit reaction :-)
I end up just staying in front of the boss pressing space until he died. I was totally fine though, almost full hp. Well... let's just say I'm not a hardcore gamer but it was just too easy even for me :dog:
@woofdog99 rly cool game man loved the art style, liked the music, mechanics where fun and i had a real blast playing this one, usually i only play 5 mins of each game but i kept playing this to see the cool boss combinations, my only problem was that i didnt rly understood the objective of this one, well anyway its a solid 4

Art style, sound and music is great though!
Maybe an 'autofire' mode would be welcome?
