This was my 10th Ludum Dare entry and I am really happy with the result. Working with apes is always funny, and I think we made a really creative and fun experience. Hope you enjoy it! :D

When i was first reading through the page of this game i thought that they guy was trying to guess what you were drawing, however after a few seconds of playing it became very obvious that this was not the case.

The theme of this ludum dare fit very well with this game, even though some sacrifices actually helped me draw some pictures. For example, i had to sacrifice my heater and then had to draw a dog, so that ended up being a bit easier to do.

Also, the music ended up being fairly annoying after long periods of gameplay, however for the length of this game fit quite well.

Overall, a fun and different game from what i have been seeing so far this ludum dare.

(I also forgot to screenshot my pictures)

This game was awesome! when I sacrificed the Canvas it actually helped me since I had sacrificed the colors before and one of the remaining colors I had was white :P

Thank you for this nice game with relaxing background music. But why does the wife not get a job, when the family is starving, freezing and can't affort medicine? Maybe the grand parents could look after the children while you are working if it is a life or dead situation.

Gives me "Passepartout" (It's a game where you need to draw) vibes. The circle drawing actually increased the looks of my drawing :smile:

Neat. Not a game, but a fun creative experience. In technically terms it was really interesting. You manage the theme in the best possible way. Aesthetic is cute and background track music fits with the main gameplay. I had many fun painting and doing choice to care my family. Well done. I love it. One of my favorite projects for the 43th LudumDare ++

Was tough after giving up my radiator. I made all the sacrifices, it didn't seem to have much impact other than the radiator where things were shaky. Since there was no fill option, I was fine just using black for everything. It still had a nice story and a fun feel.

I couldn't let down my family. But... When they were cold, I was pitiless: just go get a sweater :').
That was fun, hard but fun. I love to draw, but seeing the result here xD...

This isn't a game if you're looking for a game experience, but still sorta fun if you just wanna draw for a bit. Presentation was well done, you fit the theme okay, but the music got a little monotonous after a while. Nice job!

This is overall a fun little game, and both the graphics and music is good. I would have liked the drawings to be more a part of the gameplay, and not just drawing. The story and choice is interesting, and it fits the game theme very well. Overall it is a good LD game. Well done.

I can't draw at the best of times, let alone in the freezing cold! xD

This was an enjoyable little game. I loved how the "sacrifice" mechanic was worked in, forcing you to choose between your materials or your family. My choice is obvious from my crappy drawings :P I agree with the consensus, the music would have gotten annoying if the game was much longer, especially as it didn't seem to loop cleanly. It seems like there's an awful lot of things to draw, though, so there's some good replay value here compared with most Ludum Dare games. And made in only *one* day! Good job!
