It's a bit of a mess, but it's my mess and better yet - it's broadly categorisable as complete.

You are Squita, an accountant at the 36th Bank of Mammon. You're tasked with the job of hunting for prospective debters to take out a blood loan, prowling the streets for weak and forgotten souls and giving them some of your own lifeblood. When that loan matures, demons known as blood debts will spawn, and by defeating them you can reclaim the blood you paid in, plus a little extra. You can then use your newfound lifeblood to make even more loans or to pass on to your boss. You do have a quota to meet after all.

'A' and 'D' to move left and right. Spacebar to jump. Press and hold spacebar again in midair to fly. Left click to perform a swipe to fight the blood debts. Right click to perform a dash to avoid damage. And finally, press 'E' to interact.

Emergency Bugfix Update v1.01

-Fixed blood ignoring maxhealth

-Fixed blood demons being inclined to spawn in the wall

-Fixed Squita's dash attack being visible whilst dead

-Fixed Damage Cooldown being longer than intended

-Escape now closes the game so you can close the game in fullscreen

This was an awesome game! lots of fun. I love the flying, it almost reminds me of Kirby :)

It's a good idea. I like it very much, but there are also some minor problems, such as: I can't fly directly when I'm against the wall, and the sound effect is slightly strange.

Hey really enjoyed this. Took a moment to get the hang of things, but kept me busy once the ball got rolling. Excellent job with the theme. Really liked the color palette and the timer bubbles. I only got to fight a few of the bigger bloods, but they kept things fresh. Needle mode was an awesome trick for getting around the map quickly. Good work.
