You are a magical living Village and everything that it has in it.
Your life depends on the well-being of the people who live on your surface: Humans, Elves and Dwarves. That means you have to look after their resources: if one of those reaches too high in number or goes to zero you loose your living power.

aaaaaaa.png
All kinds of strange events happen in the Village, but with your will you may decide whether to let things happen or not. However, certain decisions harm you while helping the people. Can you survive for long enough and maintain equality in resources?

rsz_highresscreenshot00014.pngThe Village can then develop into a Town, a City and other stages, with its buildings and culture changing with time.
We designed the first stage for this Demo: the traditional, pre-industrial fantasy village.

P.S.: Yeah, we know it's more of the 'Tiny Town' theme than 'Your life is currency', but in the end it's sort of a combination of both. We really enjoyed working on them.
No regrets though ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

I really enjoy these types of games, and this one is great too. The events seem really random which is sometimes funny and sometimes unfair. Overall it's really cool :)

I like the style of graphics.

The art and atmosphere are great. The dialogs are quite interesting to read. Good job!

Really cool little game.
For me personally the text with the result of my action went away too quickly. I would have prefered to click on a "next event" Button.

Lovely little peaceful game. Really enjoyed it. The voxel type art was really good.
Menen30 Apr 2019, 12:32
Interesting game but the results can´t be read because they go away.
KAI30 Apr 2019, 12:33
This was pretty neat.
Not a massive amount to it and a lot of guesswork, but it was a pleasant enough experience that I couldn't bear to be frustrated when everything I clicked ended in some kind of apocalypse.

Cute animations and music. The result text disappears before I can read it though so its hard to tell what happened.

Wow, you must have had some pretty competent folks on your art team! The whole thing is too beautiful for a jam, congrats!

The gameplay was a bit lacking, with events repeating more frequently than I would have liked, but the fact that they had a few of different results was quite a clever way to reduce the monotony.

Speaking of the results, I agree with @menen and others that the results went away too fast. You could have had it wait for a click or something.

Overall however, the graphics took the game past where I would have otherwise rated it. Great Job!

It's very relaxing. As others stated, the result text is either too fast or too long.

Interesting concept and great art to visualise what's happening. But I had my problems to really grasp, what my choices were leading to. The User Interface could use some polish. It looks a little bland compared to the rest of the visuals

Interesting game, but I didn't really know if I was winning or losing until it was over.

@menen, @jeremia, @kai, @good-enough, @hwaet thank you for feedback!
We fix this annoying issue, also add 'hint' button to show current resources, but one of the ideas was to push players to explore dependencies by themselves

"Adding Functionality" isn't allowed, I think.. Perhaps it would be better wording to say that you patched the minor bug causing the turn to end too quickly. XP

Unfortunately for me I wasn't able to hear any audio (Unreal games seem to be screwing with my Vive and causing audio issues), so I refrained from voting on audio. The visuals though, worked great and were very nice. I like how things changed after each event and the events themselves were fun. I did run into the same one 3 or 4 times (the fight club one) and actually got it twice in a row once. I also didn't notice any indication of progress being made or lost.

Nice graphics, but very boring to play. The picture does not relate to what you do. A lot of text. It resembles a visual novel.

The theme of the competition is weak.

Very good game, always love to see something in 3d in a jam. Great work

Graphically it is awesome, kinda reminds me of Kindoms and Castles.
Other than that it's really just not that much fun, sadly.. A bit more interactiveness would be really nice

Really nice voxel art. I got a little sad when it turned out it is not a farming game, even so I absolutely enjoyed it. Nice work.

Very nice game!
I love the art and the "video" at the beginning. Soch much details in this game.
Good job!!!

Nice concept, but events tends to repeat very quickly, but outcome seems to be purely random and usually bad and bad.
