Welcome to Bloodcurse: Recast, a *round*based dungeon fighter

Story:

An ancient evil arises from the tomb, called forth by satan himself! It's you! A vampire who pays the Devil in his blood in exchange for cool powers that happen to be playing cards.

Gameplay:

The gameplay is split in two parts:
In-Fight and Preparation

In-Fight

What's up here? You, the vampire lord just revived and bloodthirsty, are going to enslave and eat *(or drink?)* the fauna and humankind!
Fighting is a mix of automated battle with roundbased decisions, where you can trade-off between short and longterm benefits to your character. If you are low on health or fighting a boss, you might be interested in healing or per-fight buffs, where in safe fights you might want to invest into permanent stat boosts to be able to stand against stronger enemies.

After each round (which ends once every character has attacked) you are presented three cards of whom you can choose to buy one (or none). Choose wisely!
After buying, you can play handcards. Thereafter the fight continues.

Preparation

The fight is won, what's now? Now, you are doomed to choose how to fight in the next battle.
You start as a claw-scratching bloodsucker (literally, you wield your claws as a weapon and your equiped skill is sucking blood), but you can be so much more!
- A summoner who turns slayed enemies into loyal minions
- A warrior who crushes the enemies and falls into bloodrage
- A sorcerer who leeches live like a champion
- A rogue dodging his way through fights
- ... or a crazy combination of it

You can equip a weapon, that defines how hard your basic attack hits and gives a bonus to your stats, like Health, Dodge, Armor, Life Leech Rate, ... . Also each weapon is connected to a class (like Dagger -> Rogue) and increases your class level. Those class levels can be upgraded after boss fights, elite enemies and at the very beginning of the game

Additionally, you can equip one skill, which is more powerfull the better you are in it's class (like summoner, ...).
A Skill is used every X attacks, which is dependent on the skill and your level in it's class.

Have fun!

It was fun to create the game and we hope it's as much fun for you to play it!
