I really enjoyed the mood that you set for the game. Really fun to take the souls and upgrade my character. I did have some issues with the controls. They did prevent me in the beginning from killing the ghosts. It might be a good idea to add strafing or other tweaks to the player movement.
The atmosphere was great. I found the player moves to slow and cannot move diagonally. Also there is no sense of urgency as the ghosts stay still until the player comes close.
I liked how the enemies goes very far when you slash them, quite satisfying feeling to that. The controls are a little bit weird and feel kinda limited, but the game is very interesting! You should look into making updates for it. Nice job
Cool game, i like what you did with the theme and the progression. The music is great too. I don't know if you already can do it, but I wish I could press one button and spawn the next wave immediately. Nice game, Good job! :smiley:
@lorwon It's not the warning when you start downloading a file and it thinks it's suspicious one. I managed to download it (3 times, actually), but Windows Defender removed it. Of course it can be a false positive, but I just wanted to let you know so you could check if everything was ok :)
Nice job building this using Processing. Little slow paced for my taste but could see this being built out a bit and being pretty fun. Also don't let a ghost catch you in between a tree, they get pretty nasty when they do that :P Keep up the good work!
