You're are a sick young man who decided to become a lab rat to pay his medical fees. You have to choose whether to accept a contract from pharmaceutical companies or not. In each contract you will find the list of afflications that you may get by consenting to be a test subject. The color on each one of the afflictions represents your risk to get sick. Every single contract lists the disease that might be cured. If either your money or life reach zero you will die.
