*Update on bugs
*All major bugs were fixed when I transferred the project files to a different computer and built the game from there, hopefully that's okay.
I loved the sound effects! There is just something about voice recorded sound effects that gets me. Too bad there are a few bugs, but that is normal I guess. An interesting interpretation of the theme too.

I can't give you anything but a 5 in humor as your voice acting made it hilarious, it's obviously a neat message on how you waste your life in Battle Royales, it's the circle of competitive gaming, happened with MOBAs too. Great game, even the ugly graphics make it funnier.
I am not often confused and entertained at the same time... today, I was! I have no idea what I was doing... but I had fun doing it. The voice overs were great, the desire to upgrade... I wanted hair soooo bad.... :) made this fun to play. So much going on for such a short jam. good stuff. thx!

Excellent satire on modern gaming. Loving the sound effects and the programmer art, helps out the game a ton. Good take on the theme too. Easily the funniest game I've played in this LD so far, thanks for the good time
Nice game to bad the is a level cap at about level 46 and what is the igc used for? In the end i just made a macro for thisd game XD my hand eneded up hurting lol
I liked the message and your interpretation of the theme :) Was there a way to see how many years of my life I had left before buying more credits? Sometimes I would go back and mash out a lot of games and then forget how many I had left.
@tddawson no there's no way to tell how many years you have left. but that was something I was debating with myself while I was making it. I decided that since the point of the game is you wasting your life, its kinda like your ignoring it for the pleasure of loot. I'm still not sure it was the right decision but I'm sticking with it.
It's funny 'cause it's actually a clicker - but I did expect something a bit different... and a bit more action-packed ^^# The sound effects are funny and the automatic generation of stats and all is cool but... I do feel the interest of the game is a bit limited. Same with the theme - so "life" is cut into years, and you can sell your years in exchange for currency you can use to help you finish the game. Yeah... I get it... but same - you're just making life a currency that's 3rd level above all else like: -life /// -strong currency /// -low currency and give "20 life" at the start of the game I mean... Whilc you're at it you may as well add micro-transactions in there, you know ^^# And don't get me wrong - it's WELL IMPRESSIVE as a compo aka U did this all on your own in 48h I couldn't do that!
Still... it's a clicker... I'm disappoint... a bit ^^# Keep it up tho, have a nice day and in hoping you'll delignt us some more at the next LD :-D
