You play as the CEO of your very own treasury! Unfortunatley, a buncha thieves decided to ruin your day. They won't hurt you, but they will take your money, and what's a treasury CEO without money? How long will you last?
I really enjoy your pixel art, especially the dude's bouncy little run animation. I think it would help to have some arrows that show you where the enemies are off screen, the first time i didn't even notice the A and B chests.
The game is interesting and has great art! At first I didn't realize there were chests to protect, and sometimes the attack animation would go through enemies without hitting them.
I like the art a lot! Unique use of the theme, I had a great time running between the different money chests. I think the attack animation was a bit buggy, seems like it would miss sometimes? Thanks for sharing, it was a fun one!
It seems that a lof of people used money and stealing as a theme to encourage using it as a currency. I keep wondering why I didn'think of that. The game was fun too, I got to around round 5 or so. Nice work!
Good art style and interesting mechanic with thiefs that can't hurt you. Thiefs sometimes show smart moves when got recoiled by the hit from the treasure chest. And sometimes they act really stupid by walking in crowded formation that really easy to kill in couple of hits. Seems like introducing variety in their group behaviour can be a good way to modify overall game feel and difficulty.
