This was a really cool game! Apparently I can't survive the desert :( But it was really fun to try! The graphics are wonderful and the music gives it a very playful vibe that i like very much. Well Done!

Hey i'm struggling, what are the controls? am i missing something? i have explored the island along the edge but i am finding nothing. on the other hand... LOVE the art, the little ass crack is fantastic hahaha wish you kept the collision checking on the palms to the root only so you could walk behind it.

Aesthetics are magical, but i find a bit lacking in things to do other than standing in one of the 4 water puddles i found haha

Haha, the idea is to get out of the desert :-) And the only thing you need to survive is water.

The game is good and polished. THE GRAPHIC DESIGN IS REALLY OUTSTANDING. I also liked that it is an adventuring game but you need to watch your water level and therefore making it even better.

What a great mechanic. I love the art design. That flopping belly is hilarious! I struggled a little bit at the beginning to understand the game itself, but once I realized the water mechanic I started getting much further! Great job!

Thanks, yeah, since its pretty much only one game mechanic, we wanted the player to discover it without giving to much of information. :-)

I gave up near what I think is the end. There is a long stretch where you don't get the option to turn back half way so if you choose the wrong direction you have to start all the way over.

:-) Its actually quite a lot of water locations at the end of the map, they are just hidden :-) hehe

Interesting idea, however a little frustrating if you get unlucky :O Love the art style though, very charming :D

Cute little game. From a gameplay perspective, would have been much easier to navigate if the character didn't get stuck in the walls , but slide alongside them.

I wish that gamepay didn't rely too much on trial and error, or there was some kind of checkpoint system. But otherwise it's a nice and cute little entry, good job!

Yeah, if we had developed the game to a longer game, we for sure would had needed a checkpoint system. Good point :-)

Amazing art and sound. But as some people already mentioned, it depends a lot on guessing the right way and trial & error. Checkpoint per water should help a lot. And I think the hitboxes of some of the objects could be smaller, to make the game feeling a little smoother.

Brooo. There was alot of dying over and over trying to find more puddles of water. *surprised the water ain't dried up :sweat_smile: *

But alas, I was able to survive the desert!
