Controls
Shift+Key - build selected building
Enter - Select building
Left / Right - Switch selection
Outer edge keys do not provide power to buildings.
Pressing keys will lower them, allowing the gas to seep in. When the gas touches an adjacent un-powered building, that building will become Permanently powered until destroyed.
