I like the game concept! The areas feel interesting and are generally designed well around your limited movement set.
Unfortunately, I think the game is hampered by a couple of problems. The character's hitbox feels larger than the actual character sprite; I found myself dying a lot when I felt like I shouldn't. In addition, the areas at the start are quite difficult, making it a chore to traverse back to where I was.
I found the art very charming, especially the character sprite. Nice entry!
After a lot of jumping I managed to get all of the gems! I wish the camera would move along with the character though, now it seems to jump around very erratically, making things harder than they should. The store guy looks goofy and that's funny. The character's hitbox should probably be a little smaller too. It was pretty fun to play :thumbsup:
Phew, I did it. The cave has a nice mood to it, it feels well put together. I like the shopkeep character. The fun and curiosity I experienced at the beginning slowly turned into frustration due to strange hitboxes and the janky camera, but overall I still think this is a good entry. Good job!
I really like the game concept. I think there is a small problem of hit-box on the character, but the rest (atmosphere and respect of the theme) is very good. And the character is so cute!
The level design in this was amazing; I loved how different areas opened up as I unlocked more keys. Also, your protagonist looks just like my favourite childhood dinosaur!
