Inspired from old top-down "shooters". I had a blast making this, as well as a headache ;) I wasnt originally going to enter LD due to my complete lack of prior experience making games, a day after the event started i decided id give it a try. A lot of things took longer than expected as i was learning the api for the graphics library i was using (Love2D) on the go. Ill admit that as the deadline approached i rushed more in order to meet it, so atm the source is a bit of a mess. Would love hearing what people think of this!
Notes: leftclick to fire a fireball, whenever you kill an enemy bot you gain 1 score point.
While it isnt the most obvious, there is a wave system, each wave lasts around 30 seconds or so,
when the wave is over the wave-counter on the hud will increment and all enemy bots will be removed, as well
as moving the player to the starting position.
You have a limited number of lives! If an enemy bot touches you you will lose a life and the wave will reset, dont die!

All textures are my own, though the cyber-wolf image was not made during the jam
