Fish Launderette

I can't seem to play your game on Itch.io. I have a button "Restore game", but after I press it, the screen just goes blank.

Nice, simple concept, I like it! At first it took quite a bit of attention to manage all the connections and numbers, but after some time, the feeling of progress was kind of missing, and losing the game was inevitable... Maybe I just didn't figure out the right strategy though (my best score after three attempts was only 18). Maybe you could experiment with adding different gameplay elements, such as multiple "lives" or just losing single washing machines by overflowing, not losing the entire game immediately? Also, I found it quite strange that you can continue playing after losing -- was that intentional?

But as a jam game, quite impressive, and very playable! Well done! :)

That's strange @xedur. It should open full screen when you click play. I have changed the page to load the game embedded instead (recommend clicking the fullscreen button though).

Game's obviously very basic but the idea (and the damn CABLE PHYSICS) got me to laugh out loud. I wonder what substances you were taking when coming up with this idea but damn, it's funny. However, I fail to see how the game follows the theme. Also, why ask for ratings on audio when there is none ?

quite unique artstile :) found a bug, when one machine reaches 0 it stays at 0... Beeing unable to cross the line could have been interesting during the game. Keep it up :)

Very interesting idea for a game! I liked especially the physics of the cabels. Very cool! The fish and the cable could go off the screen and you might never find it back. When the fish collides with the cable it was a bit buggy though. when you lose i couldn't restart the game without reloading the page. dindn't quite understand how it should fit the theme?

It's hard but fun. The physics and and the concept are super... mmmh strange and cool at the same time.

It could be could with differents levels with different kind of machines that could be plugged together or things like that.

Would love to have a desktop version of this one because the scroll of the browser made it a bit difficult to play. I like the original mechanic, very engaging. The physics work greats except for the fact that the fish goes outside the screen, sometimes it's very hard to recover from there. Really hard to beat I have to say but I liked it a lot!

I love the physics on the cords, and the art was quite charming! Ended up stretching some of my cords to get to the machines! Would love to see this as a touch and drag sort of game on the tablet.

clever game mechanics - simple, easy to understand and challenging. i can see how it can grow to a full game. i also dig the hand drawn style, none of them look like washing machines but it doesn't matter. wish the background was also colored in by hand instead of a solid color, it would have grounded the visuals

what's *really* in these so called washing machines... starfish, jellyfish, regular fish machine... it's all a little *too* cute if you asked me... and who does the fish work for... I think it's an elaborate data mining scam

Wow, this game can be a bit addicting, just trying to optimize your strategy without colliding with your own cables too much.
