Hey there's only a link to GitHub not a Unity Player. Did I miss something?

Would love to play, but same as the above, only a Github link?

Downloaded project as a zip and opened index html. Game(!) opens, there is a fish image in front of a static image background that is controlled by arrows but weird movement and nothing happens.
