I think I won? Enemies stopped spawning. I can still move around the room though. I came out ahead with $1460 though, so not bad for the time I put in! Honestly, the intro text was kind of rough, especially with the visual effect (post-processing?) that was used to bend the image. It cut off some of the text, but I got the general idea. But the gameplay was where it was at! Solid foundation, could add on quite a bit from here. Congrats on the submission!
Nice arena shooter. It plays quite smoothly, but if you gave some sort of explanation on how the "barrel" weapon works (the one, that didn't shoot) it would have been a little bit less frustrating at the beginning of the game :slight_smile:
@annie-owl That barrel is supposed to be a shield but as I'm bad at art😞 it does look like a barrel 😅 and yea an explanation would have been good. Thanks for your feedback I will make sure to add it to the game after the ratings are over. 😁😁
Cool game! The graphics were very simple and the game difficulty ramped up very fast. Unfortunately there was no indication of the enemies health, which made it hard to decide which enemy to shoot. At last I was just overwhelmed by like ten enemies attacking me from all directions... I still had fun playing the game! Good work!

I liked the aesthetics and the post processing effects, it was a good touch! I died with 9k gold, what I do with them? Its a good simple game, but the reloading time bored me sometimes. Did I miss something about the reloading (Maybe i was to anxious to play your game)? Good job!
@welliton Damn you became rich :smile:. I'm glad you liked my game. Are you talking about the weapon? If yes then the thing is every few seconds your weapons change randomly between a gun and a shield and I'm not so good at art so maybe you couldn't see it. Sorry for that. I will make sure I make it more understandable in the updated version of the game after the rating period is over. Thanks for playing my game :smiley:.

humor at the beginning was cool, it was challenging and a little confusing at first. Enemy health bar would be nice but all in all a nice arena shooter good job

Thanks for submitting your game for our LD Play&Rate stream! I enjoyed playing it but as I told you in the stream - The random weapon change was a bit annoying to me but after all the idea about the theme was clear.
Really neat game! I found my previous game experience very helpful in hoarding the enemies. However, I would alternate the spawn point as It felt like I wasn't able to even go in to the top left corner. Other than that, a great entry!

Gotta say, took me a while to get used to the quick paced skills needed for this. I ended with about 5000 coins in the end though...much more than I've ever earned irl so far :rofl:
You did well juicing up the simple graphics, it gave the game its own personality. Some nice audio in there too. The controls were good and meant the game felt like a fair challenge.
