Pretty funny overall and funny to see this from the theme. I didn;t complete the game because it kept glitching out and getting stuck in walls + the levels were long. I did die once by falling down a big drop into spikes i had no way of knowing were there too which is frstrating. However, with some better level design and maybe another mechanic this could be really fun. Sound design was funny and the YOU WON thing made me laugh :)
At first I didn't realize that you can run with Shift, so I died 20 times at the first spikes. After that I was holding shift constantly.
A few advices:
* If Run (Shift) is required most of the time, just remove it and increase the normal speed. * Flip you character sprite when he's going left. * Add checkpoints. * Make the beginning of the level very easy so that the player can familiarize with the controls. * The game freezes when you reach "You Won".
It's just great... I got seriously laught on that... moslty cause I did not notice that with shift you can run, and well... the first jump was almost imposible without that... I died a lot but I reached the "You won" best falling animation ever!!!
I'm not good at plateformers, but except the nude character this one seems to be classic - and that's OK, it works as intended. I upvote FredFilo on every points, and I agree with BSO : best falling animation ever! Good job. ;)
I was busting out laughing watching the dude do a header right into the first spikes, repeatedly. Other than that, I had basically the same experience as FredFilo. And the weird vaporwave ending was great. It was really fun in kind of a B-game sort of way.
I suck at platforming.. but i give it a try! I was almost done but i got so frustrated with 37 deaths aaaaaa! Anyway, it is very cool, and the music had a great beat, cool game! :v:
PLAY TEST NOTE: Sometimes there's a bug where you go through the floor and fall to infinite, it happens after you die "i think that only happen when you die from fall" I will try again later and see if i reach the end :muscle: .
