This is my entry for the Ludum Dare 45. It's my first ever entry, so let me know what you think.
Everything was created by me in 48 hours.
Only the Windows build was tested, everything else is a mystery.

Movement - WASD or Arrow Keys

Push - Left Click
Pull - Right Click
Sprint - Left Shift
There are a few minor bugs, mainly involving walking sound, but nothing gamebreaking as far as I know.
