Oh no! A mysterious creature has stolen most landmasses on Earth, and you're the only one around to rebuild it! You have some images of what things used to look like, but they aren't exactly great... Oh well! Time to improvise!

- Removed the ability to select item values that don't exist.
- Instead of pressing any key to start, you now have to press the Space key. This fixes a pretty obscure bug.
