This game is my submission for LudumDare 45 with theme : Start with Nothing.
You can move with ZQSD or with the arrows and interract with people or object by pressing "SPACE". You go through the dialogues by clicking the button continue in the dialogue box.
The goal of this game is rally the whole village with you to overthrow the lord that humiliated you. But in order to rally the village, you have to help them with their task Talk to them to know their needs and find what they want so they will help you through your rebellion.
DISCLAIMER : This project being my first jam and a full discovery of Unity, it is far from being finished : All green triangles represent objects and collision with walls are buggy. There is no win condition implemented right now but I am really proud of work so I share it here !
Well done buddy for your first try :) I know you struggle with technical issue, but you didn't give up ! That's the spirit. On your way to rock the next jam !
Good job on finishing a playable build in time. The character controls decently, though I find the choice of ZSQD weird (especially on my QWERTZ keyboard), but arrows worked fine. I didn't mind the collisions, instead there's a technical issue with the jerky character movement, probably due to a way you're moving your rigidbody.
@hajden Thank you very much ! ZQSD is actually a logic choice for AZERTY layout but I should have build for WASD .... I'm gonna work on the jerky character movement issue, I think this may be related to the camera speed when following the player, but again, really thank you for your feedback !
Good game! At first i was so confused cause of the ZSQD, but i could roam around and help the triangle people lul! For your first jam is very good! great job on this, maybe a bit of sound and smooth movement there but it is cool.
