The Inexperienced ATM

You are a new ATM in the business. So, you start with no money whatsoever. Your goal is to be a selfish ATM and not let anyone withdraw from you, but only deposit. Beware. Vandalizers have caught on to your selfish ways so watch out for the man in black with the headband, for he will END you. You can always try jumping over him, doing flips and such in the air, but really the only way to make people turn away and not withdraw money, is to dispense money at them, because that makes perfect sense. They will probably just take the random money, go home, and store it somewhere instead of withdrawing from you. But, not all people will withdraw. Each type of person has a chance of either withdrawing, or depositing so it is up to YOU to decide what to do.
