Based on the theme "Start with nothing," you play as a little alien that fell onto a tiny asteroid with nothing. Collect, farm, upgrade, smelt and harvest to build up your asteroid. Tiny asteroid is a solo game made by JD Parker for Ludum Dare 45. It is a relaxing game with lofi music by JD Parker. NOTE: Build the laboratory to unlock an amazing feature :D
Controls:
wasd/arrow keys to move. Click blue button to open build tree. Click green button to harvest/use. Click red button to remove the upgrade and clear the area.
The game was relaxing, it looks good, and I like the last bit. The main critique would be the build menu was a little annoying to use with the scroll bars.

Just not going for a 5 stars because construction games are TYPICALLY games where you start with nothing. I think this idea could have been taken a little bit further.
This was a great, relaxing experience. I love chillhop and lofi and jazzhop and all that, so this was right up my alley. My one criticism would be that if you destroy those ore rocks at the start before you know what else to do with them, you can not finish the game, as far as I can tell. The build menu was moderately awkward, but given the allotted time for the jam, I don't fault the game for that. Nice work. Great atmosphere, visually and aurally.
Wow dude, this one is awesome. Love the idea about the crafting tree, although the viewport was a but too small for me, but that's just nitpicking. Fits well with the theme, game loop is good, audio is ok and graphics are nice. A bit of polish and this could become an actual real game!

One issue I had is that I could no longer build trees after the lab, so my asteroid was looking pretty barren :(
