1000 Miles Drive

Simply just a good old game I would play when I was younger. One problem is that the blood bags spawn incinsistantly. I had a run where I collected all blood bags but then I couldn't get any and the patient bled out. If it's rng it's not too fair.

Nice game, i think it is well balanced. lost when there was 105 miles left. It would probably be better if it was endless, so you had a reason to go back and play it (to beat your highscore). Simple idea (which is not bad in any way), reminds of a game i once played.

The art is quite good and it looked really good overall! It was really hard for me though

This was fun, controls felt good and the feeling of getting faster near the end kept me on my toes :)

nice concept for the theme, good graphics, sound fx or some ambient music could improve the experience but overall good job

Really nice game. I'm only missing some music and sound effects. The steering of the car also doesn't really "feel" like steering a car, but that's really difficult to get right in 72 hours.

It's a good speed & the stakes feel pretty high in this one. Nice! :)

Nice game with a really retro feel. Nice 'beep-ey' audio would really complete that feel and make it awesome!

The graphics is pretty good, and gameplay idea is okay. The controls is good, and the game is not too easy or too difficult. The game really needs some music and sound effects. Overall an okay little jam game.

Oh man, loosing 30 miles away from the hospital felt bad! The art is pretty and adds to that old-school feel. Fun little game!

Hey I like it! Almost made it to the hospital. It is not too innovative but its really fun and the execution is great. Could get really addicting with a catchy soundtrack. Graphics are well done too. Thanks for posting!

Nice, simple gameplay with decent artwork. I like the concept too. Really could do with some sound effects and music, of course.

I laughed at the idea that an ambulance driver would drive to a hospital 1000 miles away, driving against the flow of traffic. ;) Otherwise, the gameplay is pretty solid for a Jam game, and luckily the hitboxes are forgiving enough that it is just the right amount of challenge.

Why didn´t you let us rate you in the Humor section? :D The IDea is so funny (like said above). Simplistic, little Jam-Game. The Art and animation is cool. I didn´t like the movement, it was difficult to get the bloodportions without hitting at some points. And why don´t the cars change the lane, I´m an ambulance? :D I like it, well done, Thanks for the laughter

1000 miles away?? I guess this is set in the near future where the medical system has gone to shite, and there's only one hospital in the whole country :laughing:

Wish it had better feedback and more "juiciness", there could be screenshake on hitting stuff, and some smoothing/noise for better sense of speed. And of course sound! Great one nevertheless :ambulance:

At first glance it looks like a game with simple mechanics, BUT the collision mechanics look to be much more intricate than it appears!
