Story

You lost everything. Defeated. Broken. Humiliated. But now, thanks to your bro you are about to take it all back and more! Become the strongest, most headstrong, and sexiest manly man alive through the boundless power of bromance! <3

Keep the bromance alive with your mentor by training hard, showing off your awesome physique and eating like a king!

Game Objective

Impress your bro by filling up the brometer. You score points with your performance on the activities (minigames). But you only have 7 days to do it! Try your best! ;)

How to Play

You start out in your man cave (bedroom). From there you must fill your schedule for the day from three activities:

* Eating
* Posing
* Boxing

Each activity has different effects on your three core stats: cash, manliness and willpower.

If you do a good job on the activities you earn brometer points to impress your Bro!

Eating Minigame

Use the arrow keys (left and right) to get the most pancakes as you can.

Posing Minigame

Try to remember the sequence and follow your Bro instructions to get the pose right!

Boxing Minigame

Hit the punching bag with the left and right fists controlled by the arrow keys. Follow your Bro instructions to score hit combos to fill your brometer.

I love your game. It has a really nice old PC game feel too it. The sound is good, the art is cool, the mini games are fun, and the theme made me laugh.

So I can't figure out how to play this game. It wasn't immediately clear what was going on in the dressing room so I just clicked Let's Go. Then I was on the stage and apparently I'm supposed to press the arrow buttons? Presumed it was like Dance Dance Revolution kind of thing but nothing happened when I pressed the buttons, and nothing happened when I didn't?

Unfortunately, we didn't had much time to present tutorials :/

In this minigame you need to copy the pose of your bro using the keyboard keys, but you only do this when the countdown begins, you have to memorize what is the sequence of keys

:)

Cool game bro. This reminds me of Wario Ware.

The hitbox for the right punch seemed off compared to the left. I was expecting to hit the bag at the same point of its swing with either fist. I don't have much rhythm so that doesn't help.

Enjoyable game nonetheless.

Tried it again because I really wanted to get it :) The game is well presented and fun, but ultimately I found it too hard to figure out when to press what. I would be very interested in updates after LD46 though.

@battlecat if you're talking about the posing minigame then you just have to remember the keys that's displayed over the white guy. When they disappear you then get 10 seconds to input those keys same keys.

Well that was certainly unique!

I don't really know what I was doing or why. I didn't understand the posing game controls at all and the boxing felt a bit inconsistent. The artwork had a unqiue charm and I like the 80's vibe. I also like the interpretation of the theme.

Definitely the most curious entry I've seen. Thanks for sharing and congratulations on your entry!

Loved it. The only improvement i could think of are better transitions between the games, it just hardcuts off which feels very harsh in relation to the otherwise very chill feel of this game.

Loved this! Excellent humour, amazing art, fun idea! Only thing I'd say is that the movement for the food was a bit too slow maybe, but really great work :)

Well, that happened. I love the Dylan/Dutch handshake loading screen and I laughed quite a bit playing. I can safely say I have never played anything like it. I think I broke the multiplication modifier while doing the punching bag by spamming too fast. Fun game. good work.
