I really the innovation of the game! it's a bit difficult tough...

We liked your game. Had trouble giving the robot bolts.

The shooting felt really good, especially blowing up the tnt.

Shooting felt really nice.

Mechanically, this title really nails it. I had a blast with this despite a few collision hiccups here and there. I don't know if it really hit the theme however, but the game itself is extremely fun.

Always time for a topdown shooter! It is pretty tough and there are a lot of enemies, but everything works and the companion robot could be developed into more interesting mechanics.

Was that the robot from enter the Gungeon? ^^

Ah ah, the robot sprites kind of remind me of the one from Enter the Gungeon.

I liked the simple graphics and the audio a lot!

I am a big fan of 2D action games like this one. And your game was a real challenge. In the beginning I couldn't even survive the first room with enemies.

I liked the particle effects and small details. And having someone around that you have to take care of is a great idea for a rogue like!

I think it would be better to use some other button than space for restarting the game. For some reason the game didn't detect the space button but instead the browser scrolled to the bottom of the website when I pressed it. This meant that I had to reload the website every time I died.

But other that it was a great experience! I hope you had as much fun creating this game as we had with ours. I would be really happy if you also tried out our game and gave us some feedback :)

That was a fun bullet hell roguelike! I think it could utilize the helper robot a little more though, he didn't really add much to the game. Fun though!

ohh, a roguelite in a game jam? This is actually a lot of content for such a short amount of time! The game was fun to play, but the little robot always seemed to get in the way of the bullets without giving me a change to avoid that. I was also surprised when it died and the game just ignored it and allowed me to continue down the dungeon, especially since at the beginning it felt like it was an important character... I like however the way you have to manage his health and use him to gain back life. Maybe the only thing I didn't like is the fact that the sound effects are rather aggressive. The music is excellent!

All in all a great entry!

nice, challenging game

Good game, in enjoyed. Liked the graphics and sound effects. Would love to see the enemy bullets from a different color. ALso the feeding of bolts was a bit glitchy.

This game was some of the most fun I've had all jam. Would maybe like to see more intractability with the robot you're protecting though. otherwise, great entry!

@ryan-harriman I was going to make the robot go towards the bolts but there wasn't enough time.

@gnx @williamcarter @ssh-randy It took me a while to decide what the robot would do before I settled on him giving you health. One of the things I would love to do is make the robot be more important to the game.

This game has a really nice idea and mechanic!

I'd only wish the bot could help you somehow or it would work as a shield a bit more often - had a lot of times when there were too many bolts but not enough hearts...
