This is my first game jam entry! I plan on continuing this game after LDJam, there are a lot of features that I'd still like to polish and a lot of features I still would like to implement. Keep an eye out for Dwindling Kindle on steam! In Dwindling Kindle, your goal is to keep a fire alive, but make sure not to kill the forest at the same time! You can harvest wood from trees, replant them, and throw the wood into the fire! Make sure to replant trees, or you will run out of wood for supply.
Deeper in the forest, you may find golden trees that are harder to break, slower to grow, but yield more wood.
Periodically, random events will occur, ranging from strong winds, to bandit squirrels, to full-on meteor impact!

W, A, S, D: Move the player.
LShift: Dash towards the mouse.
Scroll & 1, 2, 3, 4: Select item in hotbar.
Left Click: Throw wood, swing axe, or plant seed.
