Cool game!!! Model of balloon and clown is great! For first 2 minutes of game I didn't know what to do, but I have realized. Overall game was fun and cool!
The game could really use some animations, Also the clown moves like a car, which feels a bit weird. Perhaps you could have made a clown car for him to sit in, that way the lack of movement animation would have been noticeable. But good job for finishing a game!
As soon as i managed to get the balloon to the end of the path, i got a win message, then i pressed escape, and another balloon to protect just spawned, but i could not make it in time all the way back to save it !
I wasn't sure what the blue balls were doing in the very beginning of the game but figured it out as soon as i saw the health bar decreasing. Maybe more instructions about what to do, and what to protect the balloon from would help.
Of course animations and sound would also need to be added.
Otherwise IT works, you submitted your game and it fits the theme pretty well. Good Job !
I agree with somebody else advising to put the clown inside a car. That could have compensated the lack of animation. That said the game mechanic itself is a nice idea and can definitely be explored further! Well done given the very short time frame!
The first few moments were difficult to work out what I was meant to do. But after I realised it was good fun and I was happy to finish it, maybe could do with a restart button after you win?

The controls were rough, though. Moving in the direction you're facing just doesn't feel right with the fixed-direction camera.
