Keep it alive

Very challenging, but easy to understand.

Good drawings of the characters. The particle effects were a nice touch. The player can die very quickly, but it's also very quick to restart. I would have liked to have some audio.

I really dig the concept of building your ghetto fortress. I think though it would be even cooler if there was more time/abilities for building the fort. Very intuitive as well with great graphics.

A very COOL game. The controls feel ICE to use, and the graphics are CRISP and CLEAR (get it like ice...)

Nice game! Not sure if it's intentional, but it felt like it's more about saving yourself and not penguin as fires were targetting the snowman (player)

Surprisingly challenging game, it was fun! I'd suggest giving the player a second or two to get their bearings before the meteors start coming down, I died a few times in a row before I could actually figure out what was going on.

Very challenging, but a great game. Could probably do with some work on how you're randomizing where the meteors are coming from as a couple times I started with an unwinnable scenario, but otherwise it's a great game. Really like the ability to drop an ice cube on the double-jump. It's a really useful extra mechanic that I found myself taking advantage of a lot. Really enjoyed playing it, and I hope you develop it further.

Great concept. Art looks cool too.
Should have delayed the meteor at the start though. As it is difficult to understand the game at first when you keep getting swept away by the meteors.
Adding an instructions panel/scene would be great.

It's a good game jam game, but you really need to know when and about where the meteor is coming, which can be achieved with sand. Also, it would have been cool if you could push the ice with physics.

Challenging! I like the idea of dropping ice when you double jump. I tried a few times to build an ice fort around the penguin, but the meteors came too quickly for me to make much progress. Cool particle effect on the meteors and snow!
