The aim of the game is to destroy your failed experiments, and harvest their organs to keep your one successful experiment, "Subject 46", alive. Some of the experiments will seek out and try to kill 46, while others will lurk around the facility in rooms and corridors. Hunt them down and use their organs to replace whichever of 46's organs are failing.
The game is over if any of 46's organs reach zero health, so remember to check up on 46 frequently.
