It has been a long time since I've participated in a game jam, the game dev itch was on this weekend. I had few ideas, started few prototype and abandoned them.
Eventually late on Saturday afternoon I've come up with the simple idea behind this game, and decided that I could do the jam instead of the compo so I could use pre-existing assets as I'm completely useless when it's down to art stuff. (as such I've opted out for being rated in Audio and Graphics)
So here it is, keep your farm alive buy paying rent. To make money plant crops and harvest them in time.
This little game is not innovative, I didn't manage to get any fancy effect on or more game play mechanics as I've planned but I wanted to see if I could finish a game that has menu, music, special fx, a start, an end and publish everything. So i guess in that sense I've won my personal challenge.
Thanks if you play and comment.
Stay safe, Stay home!
p.s.: the game was made with Godot, I've only compiled for Windows. Eventually I'll try to compile for web as well as I want to test that.
