wow, this is reaaaly fun, amazing graphics and sound! cool idea and good implementation! maybe could add some object to protect to follow the theme better.
This was awesome! The art was beautiful, the gameplay was really smooth, and it was really fun!
Great job!
One thing I would say is that the enemies come so quick that there isn't even much point trying to kill the white ones so I'd end up being followed by a conga line of skull minions. I managed to survive for 38 seconds.
Love the art, sound and the game! At least from the video.. Really wish there was Web or Mac version available for me to try.. That said, this has so much potential and would really like to see you expand on this game! Amazing job!
I managed to survive for almost 60 seconds. I love the game and the concept. The art, the music. Everything is perfect and blend together. I would improve the starting UI. Other than that, really fun game!
A fun take on the whole rythm game, i felt like there was a slight offset, as in the game says I was late, but I felt like I was on beat, but I may just be bad at rythm games. Really well done!
hey there, quite hard at first, but then the rythm and the dash mechanics totally got me, too bad i had to use arrows instead of zqsd, but that was fun really like it
Super sweet game! The music really drove the gameplay, and the concept was really well executed! I wish there was some benefit to hitting the beats more accurately, like an increased width on the shot. Very clean an polished. Well done!
Simple and elegant game loop. Normally I don't like these "endless hoard" games but this one is different. The rhythm mechanic made it feel like every shot counts. Every beat I have to think about my position and line up my shot and fire on beat. It's incredibly satisfying to land multiple shots in a row, and genuinely panic inducing when you miss a shot you thought you had because now you're falling behind. A part of me kind of wishes that you'd fire automatically on beat but maybe that would be too easy?
The difficulty ramps up a bit quick with the curtain fire enemies, but the iteration time is so short that it doesn't really matter.
There's lots of cool potential here! I'm imagining this as a rogue-like with boss fights and different weapons that each have different tempos/effects.
Love the Crypt of the Necrodancer and bullet hell mashup idea. The audio is great, and the sync was wonderfully on beat for me. The Dash felt a little unresponsive when I was playing, but only in a small way. Overall a really fun entry, great job!
Just one small frustrating thing is the mouse can go out of the window then you lost focus and die. You could pause when the window lost focus or just keep the cusor in.
The game is fun and original, although the theme isn't pronounced quite as well as in some other games. secondary fire (e.g. rapid fire with 16th or 32nd note tempo) would be a nice addition, just to spice up the strategic choices. Definitely seeing multiple ways this can be expanded on post-jam! Great game overall!
Really good mecanics. You must aim fast to shoot with the good tempo. Eyes are focus on player and enemies, so we don't see the rythm below. Maybe put colors, or movement
Managed to stay alive for about 60 seconds. I found it difficult to keep to the rythm but that might be because I havent played these kind of games much. it was still enjoyable and kept making want to retry several times. The spawn rate on the enemies is a bit too fast to keep up.
Yesss! Super fun game. I wish some parts of the song were faster so that I would've had to switch between different tempos (and also had a chance to clear a lot of the enemies).
This is really fun gret job! I wish there was some award for hitting those perfect shots. However it is one of the best games I've played so far and I really enjoyed it! Nice work!

It creates this "frustration - but lemme try again" feeling
Beautiful, simple graphics and great gameplay.
I think this is one of the games we should play to improve our brains, so much to care about in a simple game
The game certainly have potential.

I've made 75sec but I'm sure I can do more!
Good job !
