my first attempt at ludum dare and its a simple game where meteors fall from the sky and you have to protect a guy by shooting them and the game gets harder as you go on. the game was a bit rushed because i had a lack of motivation and i spend at the max 12 hours on the game but it turned out good

Still quite good for 12 hours! Some basic sound would have bumped it up a little. Reminds me of early flash games. The way he runs back and forth, I got up to 20 seconds by doing nothing!

The only thing I would want changed is the curser being a different color. It was oftentimes difficult to see my curser and where I was aiming.

Yeah, I agree with @fire-phantom7 a white crosshair would have made the game much easier. I couldn't see the black crosshair against the dark background (especially the right side of the screen). Otherwise, congratulations on finishing a complete game your first time participating! It took me a few tries before I submitted anything playable.
