Use mouse left to accelerate and mouse right to release.
Use single finger touch to accelerate and triple finger touch to release.

This is a prototype. This loops to infinity.
Accelerate the particle, and try hitting other particles.
(…This is missing some planned features, like different particles, attract & repel fields, voids, …)
