My Summer Roller Coaster

This game is utterly hilarious and really fun to play. Definitely a project to keep going with, I'd love to see this made into a full game!

I totally agree with the other comments. It's so funny to play! The people lying on the tracks or hanging around in the cart :D Had to laugh so hard losing all the fellows and still got 82%. The sound reaction of the people is awesome! Sometimes I had trouble getting to the other cart.

Love the art style, music and sense of humour in this one.

Day 1 - Killed every single person riding the roller coaster. Customer rating? 128%. Must have been the Masochists Society Annual Fair Day.

Unfortunately, I could not for the life of me find the hitbox for the guard rail so I kept losing people.

Overall, fun game. Good work!

I definitely agree with all the other comments. This is a hilarious game, the only thing that seems broken is the customer rating. I find it weird that you can go over 100%, but that can be a required feature. However, losing people and still getting >100% at the end doesnt seem right.
Still, a beautiful game! Keep up the good work!

AWESOME !!! We got the same idea, but we were sure we can't achieve it. You bring it to life with genius and the result is amazing. GREAT WORK! (I didn't found how to repair the lock so all my passengers died)

Sorry boss. Sadly all the customers dropped out onto the rails. Not worries tho, they didn't have time to change their rating and our Roller Coaster is at 114% rating!

I'm guessing based on the loading station way *way* up in the air that you come from the Rollercoaster Tycoon school of ride design :p (to make no mention of the ride attendants walking around upside down and a... unique grasp of health and safety requirements).

This game is a pile of things that make little sense and I love it.

This is a really good entry. I really like the PS1 style graphics. The game was also funny and the music really embodied that "panic" feeling. High marks all around. Although I did have trouble with finding the hit boxes to make the repairs. Also, I think using the mouse wheel to cycle through the tools should have been an option, or have icons on the screen somewhere showing what number goes with what tool.

The angle you picked, when the player has to get out and fix the rollercoaster is very clever!
The first two tools worked really well for me, but for some reason, I could not extinguish(tried to aim from different angles and reload the fire extinguisher as well)
Overall the game is so much fun. The way you use pauses in gameplay to just ride a rollercoaster in between repairs is amazing!

Same problem with extinguisher, it's very strange working. And at all that's quite strange that user can't anyhow predict damage and so on. Everything is very scripted.

On the other hand it's pretty nice, sound and graphic design is funny :) Well done

Hah, wonderful! I love the very literal interpretation of the theme. Found it quite tricky to visually identify what needed fixing so most of my customers died -- but they seemed satisfied none the less and the theme park is hitting its KPIs, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Really liked this entry! I got stuck inside the carts a few times but mostly a smooth experience. The graphics and audio were awesome.

Wonderfully imaginative, gave me really strong Katamari Damacy vibes.

The only game where you can get a 164% customer rating despite hammering your customers. 10/10.

Haha, funny and original game. Easy to understand and control.
The graphics are great and the animation of the roller coaster is awesome.

Overall, I felt like this was a hilarious entry. :smile: I loved the fact that the passengers could fall off the cart into oblivion, and the whole premise of it was just downright charming. The mechanics were a little tough to get to grips with (what even impacts the customer rating, for instance?), but as a whole package, I think you nailed the goofy, frenetic mood with this one. Nice job!
