my first jam! controls are point and click. inspired by weird old internet flash games you found as a kid that you felt like you shouldn't be playing.
you have been banished to the spiral realm for committing dream crimes. the point of the game is to find different instruments for the NPC's to play, so you can play a song for Spiral Sam. if he likes your song he will release you from the dream realm. each NPC only wants to play a certain instrument, so find an instrument they would play and bring it to them.
the song that plays at the end of the game is different depending on which instruments you chose for each NPC.
Ah man this game made so much sense 🤣 I had a good chuckle and even a laugh at times, the end is just glorious. The one dark environment with the toad is a little to dark though.
Very surreal experience you've crafted. Love how some of the characters still have little white bits around where they were cut out. Really sells the aesthetic. I wouldn't mind seeing something longer in this style.
this was awesome! would love to see a longer point a click from you in the future. loved the characters, the sound, the graphics, the mood and the variety of instruments! also what kind of drum machine was that in the ferret room?
I loved repenting for my dream crimes! This game is quite simple and beautiful, and feels very distinct from the other offerings I've had a chance to play so far. The sound design stood out to me as especially strong - I probably spent too much time vibing with Spiral Sam at the end - but I have no regrets.

How could I not play this game? Very trippy game and mood at first. Good background music. Played it 3 times to get different endings. 10/10 would commit dream crimes to spiral dance again.
