Help two moles to explore space, they are searching for new planets - but be aware, you always need to have enough water and energy to keep your journey going. How many planets will you find? - The result is a game with slow pace and peacful space atmosphere - unfortunately I had not much time for tuning the mechanics and challenges. Therefore this may not be the most entertaining app, but maybe it helps you to relax :)
HINT: This game needs a suitable VC Runtime, which is available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0 - Please download and install it on demand.
Some additional improvements/features I had initially planed:
- Create more space feeling with the movement system (acceleration and inertia)
- Dedicated animation for mining/harvesting resources
- More planets and explicitly showing that they are colonized
- Space radio animations (for example when you hear '... a new planet'
Tools used:
- Qt + Clayground for App Implementation
- Inkscape for Graphics
- Garage Band and Audacity for Sound
I appreciate any feedback :)
