Decent game

Pretty good! Sometimes the shooting felt finicky though. I would recommend making that a little tighter/juicy. That would add a lot to the game.

Good stuff! I enjoyed playing it. I agree with making the shooting a bit juicier. Maybe also explain how to pick up weapons since that felt a bit weird

The laser sound effects seemed to not take into account the volume setting and were very loud. It also seemed like the bullets went through the obstacles. With those things fixed I can see this being a good isometric shooter

So my thoughts about the game
I can rly admire even the simplest pixel art games when they are made by the authors but

It is hard to tell what even was made here

Game is buggy i literally spawned 10 revolwers on ground to the point of creating a small sun in the spot
My ammo count never updated it stayed 24 for ever and droped the weapon at some point on floor

Enemies round brainlessly around the objects

You cant see anything behind the crates even when you are there

If you use ready made assets dont ask ppl to rate graphics that is jsut unfair? And it is against the rules.
Plz read rules before you join something it is not a free countryside to do wahtever you want xD

Plus the music you didnt make that too so why the audio rating?

+ What it has to do with a theme?

@mero Yes, we did not do this graphics, but did the level design, mixing visual effects that required our skills! we spent about 10 hours on it. it's the same with the sound, but we didn't write it, but the choice of sounds should also be considered. the more we participate in the jam, not the composition.
Also, the rules do not prohibit the use of ready-made assets.

@mero If you haven't noticed, the elevator goes down deeper and deeper, the number of mobs increases, etc. we just didn't have enough time to fix all the bugs however, under normal conditions, this bug is difficult to cause :tired_face:

Game is really nice shooter, although after just a few floors there is too many weapons on the ground to really come up with any tactic, because you just keep changing them unwillingly. Also sometimes enemy gets stuck in the pathway, i had to blindly kill it with sniper rifle to proceed

It was a fun game, unfortunatly an enemy did not appear in floor 6 and the elevetor was stuck there.
A nice addition would've been to switch weapons with a button instead of walking over them, since I switched weapons on accident a few times. Besides that a very nice game. Great work!

Fun game. Wasn't 100% sure how to pick up weapons (I noticed they switched when I walked over them), wasn't sure what to do with the toiler paper roll, and didn't know how my health regenerated. I like how the waves get more difficult. Great job!

You guys didn't do much yourself as i can see, 80-90% of the game are assets. Not that you break any rules of course... What i'm saying isn't even about graphics or sounds, but more of how much of the game is your work and how much is other people's. It is simple logic: if you use assets that probably means that you will have more time for gameplay polish, but your game is so empty of gameplay mechanics and fresh ideas that it hurts. All you did is put assets together, that's it. Put more effort into making the game your own next time, for your own sake, don't be afraid to be creative. Sure you will trip and make mistakes,but i guarantee, you will learn much much more from this, cause making asset flips gives you 0 expierience. Game jams are all about creativity and learning, balancing newness and your own abilities. Even if you not sure in your skills and this is your first game, there is no harm in trying, no one is gonna roast or ridicule you here. Good luck next time, hope you gonna listen to what people are commenting, they wish you no harm.

Я говорю даже не о графике или звуках, а скорее о том, сколько в игре сделано вами, а сколько - другими людьми. Это простая логика: если вы используете ассеты, это, вероятно, означает, что у вас будет больше времени на полировку геймплея, но ваша игра настолько лишена геймплейных механик и свежих идей, что в нее больно играть. Все, что вы сделали, это собрали ассеты вместе, и все. В следующий раз приложите больше усилий, чтобы сделать игру "своей", ради себя же, не бойтесь быть креативным. Конечно, вы будете спотыкаться и делать ошибки, но я гарантирую, что вы научитесь гораздо большему, потому что делая ассет флипы вы не получите никакого опыта. Игровые джемы - это про творчество и обучение, баланс между крутыми новыми механиками и собственными способностями. Даже если вы не уверены в своих силах и это ваша первая игра, нет ничего плохого в том, чтобы попробовать, никто не будет вас здесь ругать или высмеивать. @skoopidy мы сделали эту игру потому что захотели сделать топ довн стрелялку наша цель даже не победить а просто повесилиться :D и да мы используем ассеты потому что делать свою графику занимает слишком много времени) и да у нас определенно получилось повеселиться)

Its not innovative but it's definitely fun.

I had a run where enemies were getting stuck somewhere resulting in a softlock. Honestly it was disappointing since the gunplay is really good and i wanted to keep going.

You should find a way to get rid of all the guns that end up lying on the floor. I found myself trying to avoid the 30 or 40 guns lying around because i liked the one i had.

Классная игра, чтобы позалипать). Но пройти дальше 8 этаже не могла, пока не заметила моба, который застрял в текструрах. Музыку можно было бы написать самим. Кстати, ваша игра похожа на нашу, только выполнена в 2д, так что приглашаю заценить ее:D

@paulfrick а мы вот взяли и оценили! :D на наших ушах медведи танцевали хардбас поэтому из музыки можем написать только собачий вальс

Cool game. Reached 12 floor. I would recommend you to clear all the weapons from level after some time, because I was always picking some weapons that I did not want to. Overall the game is cool!

i must have hit a glitch because after the fifth floor it stop spawning enemies. this was a really good arena style game with some cool guns. the movement was a little floaty but I will ignore that because of time constraints. everything else was really solid. thanks for making the game.
