Really polished entry! Graphics, sounds and music, animation and an overall presentation are all pretty great. The main mechanic is a clever one, but it seems like it needed more grandious applications.
Opening and closing doors in these big levels got pretty boring by the level 4 because the solution is mostly obvious and it all just becomes a tedious work instead of a clever puzzle.
Even just making catryoshka move faster and will partially solve this problem. Restarting levels quicker would also help.

First of all, I found a feature due to which you can go through the fence. With this feature, I went through several levels))) The game is very nice, everything is very "Russian", I really liked it, thank you, enjoyed it!

В первую очередь я обнаружила "фичу", благодаря которой можно пройти через забор и так прошла пару уровней). Игра очень красивая, все очень русское, очень понравилось, спасибо, заценила!

Beautiful, joyful, easy to grasp puzzle game. I'm just sad there aren't more levels (I know it's a jam ^^) Still very nice job here. Only downside is that I don't really feel the theme. keep it up

Cool game with cute graphics and upbeat atmosphere!

I wish the puzzles were a little more variative, maybe being able to hop back into a larger cat would make for an interesting partial back-tracking (for closing some doors you have previously opened etc?).

I guess it would be nice to be able to return back to the bigger shells, and maybe then start with less of total layers

O jogo passa uma sensação muito! Uma atmosfera muito agradável e inteligente. No entanto, não conseguiu chegar no tema. Penso que se tivessem mais um ou dois dias sem dúvida iriam atingir o tema da LD48 muito bem!

Just loved the toyish art style, including the "suns" background... Nice puzzles too!

Really fun puzzle game! I loved the implementation of the theme with matryoshka dolls - super clever. The art style is also really nice combined with the music. Some more levels with some greater difficulty would be awesome, but I understand the limitations of the jam for sure. Props as well for the credits being a level itself, love that lol. Well done!

Wow, this game has got a lot of detail! And a pretty unique mechanic too, I've only seen one game with stacking dolls before (Stacking, 2011) but that was more adventurey than pure puzzle. I'm a fan of the design that goes into puzzle games so this one intrigued me quite a bit.

I ended up feeling quite split, because the later levels turned into more trial and error than anything. Since I can't see the whole level at once, I would try to step on the first buttons I could see, and if they weren't correct then try again with a new set of buttons. There was no way to change my previous positions without restarting and I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not.

On the one hand, you have to factor it into your solutions, you can't move once you've split off. On the other, I can think of so many more puzzle opportunities if you could rejoin with a previous doll to move it. You could open up a gate, move a doll through, leave one behind on the button, and then join back with the original and lock the previous doll on the other side of the gate.

You could have smaller levels that are still more difficult than the existing large ones, and the player can undo any decision at any time by tracing their steps backwards, rather than restarting entirely. Right now the difficulty seems to come from obfuscation, you can't see everything at once so it's harder. I think the real strength in your idea is about pressing buttons in the right order, and implementing the size of the dolls into the puzzle too (need a large doll to press a big button, a small doll to fit through a small gap).

Anyway, sorry for the ramble! Just some thoughts on how your clever game idea could be extended to have a bunch of new things to think about! Thanks for putting in all the work to make this!

Interesting concept of puzzle based on matryoshkas! Atmospheric graphics, funny music and nice physics. Fun to play.

Some remark: catryoshkas should be put little further to exclude visible intersection with parental ones.

That's a very clever interpretation of the theme an also a cool puzzle game concept. At first I thought that puzzles would not get very challenging, but once buttons started to toggle multiple doors at once, I realized that the solutions might not be as trivial as I first thought. Still, most levels very quite straight-forward or could be solved by trial-and-error very easily. However, I think for a jam game this is totally fine and definitely better than making puzzles too hard or confusing. I really like the game art as well. Good job!
