Super fun concept! Quite hard. If this game's development continues further, I hope it becomes a mobile game too. This is more fun than most dungeon crawlers in the app stores
I can't believe I fell for the boss' cool dude trap! VERY COOL. This was really well executed actually. Controls feel a little clunky but I think that adds to the allure? It's like an n64 game demo. Good job man.
It's like Zelda or Banjo Kazooie! The visuals were so great, and the attack/dodge actions were easy enough to learn. The final boss was fun. Thanks for keeping the difficulty easy.
Very cool idea(no pun intended :b ), and incredible job on the visuals - the models and animation are superb for a jam game. The boss design was great and the humor was fun!
Delightful! I'm a very cool guy, apparently. The dodge animation was wonderful, the boss fight was really fun, this was everything a jam game should be.
Fantastic job with the animations (as others have also pointed out)!. You also did a great job making interesting boss mechanics and a pretty good variety of hazards/enemies for a jam game. Well done!
A very cool game :D It took me some effort to get used to the controls but the timing of the instructions was perfect and they were very funny which made it an enjoyable experience.
This is a really nice game for a compo entry. There is a nice curve for teaching the controls.
I liked the way you used the platform height to control exposures. Also preventing the player from walking in "straight" line really emphasizes that you should be exploring the space not just doing a speed run to the next flag.
this was a pretty cool adventure game. i would of liked to have faster response time with the attacks and dodge, but other then that nice job with the game. it felt good to play.
This was so much fun!! I loved it! Humor, mood, graphics, audio... Everything deserves a high score!
[Spoiler Alert?]
I especially loved the final boss talking about how they wanted to impress their friends and telling me to tell people they were cool after I defeated them. He was a cool dude indeed :)
hey, I liked the game, for me it was fun! too short unfortenely. Loved the 3D art, music are also good. Few sound effects wasnt match with the game. You used 8bit sound effects in a 3D game, got a little weird. Also the attack movements was a bit rusty. Great game for 48h, you shoul keep with and made a bigger version!
Nice man cave, I enjoyed the vintage feel of it! The timing and physics were not very intuitive to navigate, but it added to the challenge :) great job
